The Henry 1,000-Man Shoot In a symbolic showing
of American firearms pride, 1,000 people gathered at the Ben Avery Shooting
Facility in Arizona and together pulled the triggers on 1,000 Henry Golden
Boy Silver Rifles at the same time. Shortly after 2:30 p.m. the
participants, some from as far away as Florida, walked up to the firing
line, stood shoulder-to-shoulder and simultaneously fired two rounds from
the lever-action .22-caliber rifles, custom-made and engraved by Henry
Repeating Arms. Few ranges in the country can accommodate an event like
this, organized by the NRA, the greatest gun-safety organization on the
planet, in cooperation with other fine American institutions.
Such a fine sport and
tradition, this record-setting event actually got coverage by lamestream
media, perhaps heralding a new era of respect for what firearms
represent in America, and the good they do. See the video:

Arizona Alert Tucson thinks it's above the law
again. In 2013 we passed good law to stop government from destroying guns
that fall into police hands (lost and found, estates, turn-ins,
out-of-business liquidations, police upgrade surplus, court cases, they get
tons). Who do they think they are destroying valuable public property
instead of selling it back to decent citizens through the great FBI
background check system? So strapped for funds all the time, how can they
burn this enormous city resource without a care? Not only did we ban that
(§12-940) they get penalized if they do.
Tucson said screw
you and has been destroying public property regardless, because the
liberals running the city council have no respect for your right to keep
and bear arms or the rule of law. They're being brought to court by the
attorney general. The statute is clear. They stand to lose $170 million in
state funding (according to an AP story in AzRep with no source or byline)
if they don't back down. We need more of these comitatus-style laws
that not only say "Don't do this" but also "If you do, you suffer
penalties." Government needs the penalties more than anyone it
seems.

Q: What beats a good novel for Christmas? A: Nothing!
In a world flipped upside down by liberals and
political correctness, all three branches of federal government assert
unknown levels of coercive power until fed up Americans rise up to take
back their country. More than a tale of oppression and rebellion, it
examines how America strayed from its roots, with intriguing, colorful
characters who grapple with the social, political and legal issues at
the heart of America’s difficulties. Raw, provocative, not for the
faint

End Early Vote Tampering Remember when the media
took a huge hit for releasing election results before polls closed in
Florida (in 2000)? Now they're releasing early voting data weeks before
the election is even held! Isn't that the same problem that bent us out
of shape? What happened to sequestering the results prior to even election
day?
All the more reason to end early voting nonsense and abuse.
Rise as a nation on a single day, as planned and spelled out in the
Constitution, and pick leaders. No more voting for people early -- who have
then since died, are disqualified, suspend their campaigns, are in prison
already... bad bad bad. OMG -- Lawrence O'Donnell, MSNBC, was reporting

All-electric, plug-in hybrid cars use energy of course
-- which they get from the power plant that makes the juice you get from
the wall or hard-to-find charge stations that makes the car work. Reporters
and legislators don't seem to understand this simple rule of physics:
"Electric cars need electricity."
Even if the plant uses hydro,
wave, geothermal, wind, solar or magic power, the power must be
transmitted, which creates loss. Then it must be stored in the vehicle,
which creates loss. The vehicle must convert the stored energy to dynamic
motive force, which creates loss. When you add up the losses, and compare
it to using fuel directly -- well, no one knows whether it is efficient
because no one has done such enormously complex studies. They just want to
promote things that are "green." Turns you green with envy. The cars have
no emissions. The power plants do.
Recalling the summer, and the
winter, when the power grid teeters on the brink of collapse, communities
suffer brownouts, smart meters are used to cut power to neighborhoods,
curious minds want to know how the nation's fleet of cars will run off
power plants on the electric grid. It sure won't be from the nuclear plants
we aren't building, or from coal-fired plants the current administration
has convinced democrats are evil. When asked, technical experts at a huge
tech firm based in San Francisco (I asked, I was there), said you will
charge you car at night, when demand is low. I typical fuel my vehicle in

2- Electoral College
Matters
The nub of
it:
True
America doesn't support mob rule. Simple majority
democracy tramples minorities, we don't do that. We have rules, a
Constitution:
That's why we're a Republic NOT a
one-vote-to-tyranny democracy. (The person currently in
the White House and reporters constantly get it wrong.) Read the
Declaration and Constitution, you'll see.
Top official
offices here get filled in four different
ways:
The House is directly elected (two year
terms) Supreme Court is nominated and confirmed (lifetime
terms) The Senate was elected by State legislatures
(six years, but method switched to mass democracy)
President selected by state majorities through Electoral College
(two four-year terms maximum)
(Appointed officials in agencies frequently wield power they
have no legitimate authority to exercise)
The Founders in
their wisdom not only separated powers, they separated selection
methods.
OK, now
--
The lamestream media told you: The lamestream
media told you:
Hillary got more votes, she should be
president! The election is unfair! She got a majority! The Electoral
College is antiquated and makes no sense! It ought to be discarded just
like the olden constitution, written by a bunch of dead white slave owning
mysoginist pigs, and it's a living document that means whatever we want it
to mean so it can help people! Hillary even said so in the debates, weren't
you listening?
The Uninvited Ombudsman notes however
that: The Uninvited Ombudsman notes however
that:
First, the words here are awful, because they don't
mean what they seem to say.
There is no "college" in the Electoral
College. Those folks are "collegial," meaning they work
together.
Next, "federalism" is the opposite of the federal
government. It refers to the States, as a balance to federal power.
Federalism is a good dose of why we have remained free all these years. In
other words:
Because you are governed by two governments,
under federalism (state and federal), not one, there is a balance of power.
If the feds are out of line, your state resists it, so federalism saves
your sorry butt (and vice versa). Happens all the time. Some states approve
of slavery, the feds say no, the rest is history.
The states and
the feds battle over marriage, abortion, pot, wages, immigration, that's
federalism at work. Eliminating federalism would destroy the brilliant
system that has gotten us this far.
Arizona now has two highly
paid high-power full-time lobbyists working to eliminate federalism by
working to eliminate the Electoral College, after 230 years of success.
It's a really really bad idea.
Democrats desperately want to get
rid of the Electoral College, which the Founders invented and enshrined in
the U.S. Constitution. It comes down to one thing and one thing
only.
If the Electoral College is eliminated, we get democracy,
also known as mob rule, and the Republic collapses. Anything that strikes
the whim of the people gets passed. Population centers (there are about
seven or eight) run the nation. Democrats will have a permanent lock of the
office of the President, they know it, they're pushing for
it.
--
Let's say Hillary got 65.5 million votes and Trump
got 62.8. (They did.) Looks like Hillary won. A 2.1% spread. Slim. And
only a plurality.
But if Trump got 306 electoral votes to
her 232, then Trump trounced Hillary. (He did.) That's what happened.
57% to 43%. A clear majority.
But let's say Trump got 30
states and Hillary only got 20. (He did.) Looks like Trump won again.
He did. In another clear majority.
Trump won by a 60% to 40%
majority in the forum that decides, the states. Which translates to a
decisive majority in the Electoral College.
With 320 million
Americans, 128 voting means 40% of the total population voted.
The
Founders set us up as a federal system, where the states'
electors, proportioned based on representation in Congress, elect the
president. Trump wins.
Otherwise, the few population centers
would elect the president, and most states would never have a voice.
False democracy would crush the republic.
In Colonial, times, it
meant Boston, New York and Philadelphia would always elect, and
Vermont, Georgia, New Hampshire and the rest would count for
nothing.
We're a Republic, not a democracy, which the founders
understood would be a terrible mob-rule disaster. The Founders kept the
word democracy out of all our founding documents and
plans.
It's imperfect. It would be either way. The way they chose
was best. For
centuries.

3- Stop The National Carry Permit "Gun Guys" Are Pushing In Wrong
Direction
Misguided effort to restore rights can destroy
rights
Will NRA, GOA and others get it
right?
The lamestream media told
you: The lamestream media told you:
"Do you have a
firearms carry permit Mr. Trump?" "Yes."
"Are you for law and
order?" "Yes. Law and order is very important."
The
Uninvited Ombudsman notes however that: The Uninvited Ombudsman notes
however that:
The last thing you ever want is to have the
federal government issuing national -- or any -- firearm carry
permits.
The feds do not have this power. The feds should never
have this power.
Your right to have a firearm anywhere in America
should never depend on getting "papers" from any government, much less the
federal powers in Washington, D.C.
If you have a gun --
constitutionally protected private property -- and you aren't doing
anything inherently wrong, that should never be a crime. There is no
victim. No one is harmed. No actual crime is committed. The idea that you
need a wallet card to be somewhere you have a legal right to be is
preposterous.
Too many gun owners, including some leaders of the
gun-rights movement, sincere but totally misinformed and misdirected, are
salivating for our permit-carrying president elect to issue some sort of
national carry plan. It cannot, must not, better not be a national permit
in any way shape or form.
The best
solution
The best plan to resolve the travesty of
national gun-rights denial Americans have suffered under for generations --
worse than racism -- is to repeal the restrictions that deny your rights.
You don't need no stinkin' permits to be black and we don't need no
stinkin' permits to be peacefully in possession of property.
Repeal restrictions on
the right to bear arms.
The next logical step
would be to arrest and charge officials who under color of law deny a
peaceful person's civil right to possess arms. Denial of rights is a
federal felony under 18 USC §241 et seq. You can't just deny a
person's constitutional, civil and human rights because you don't like
those rights. That's got a name. It's gunism, like racism. This law
18-241 and the ones that follow it were written to prevent haters from
denying blacks their rights. Everyone has fundamental rights that need the
same protection.
Blind hatred of guns is
gunism.
If a national carry
solution is proposed that does not include punishment for violators
(officials who stop you solely for possession, or harass you, remove or
attempt to remove your firearm for any invalid reason, incarcerate you,
post signs that falsely indicate you cannot "drink at this water fountain,"
or otherwise act against your legal right to keep and bear arms),
experience shows they will not obey the law. We see this all the time. The
law only matters if it has teeth.
We call this
comitatus-style law, like the posse comitatus law. Instead of
enacting, "A person may legally bear arms across state lines," which
officials can violate without repercussion, the law must say, "Anyone who
interferes with a person legally bearing arms, shall go to prison and pay a
fine."
Punish
official perpetrators who illegally deny your right to
arms.
Recognition
One small step in the right
direction is a recognition bill. This would require states to recognize the
permits already issued by the states. True, it would further entrench the
existing sidearm permit system, but we have to face the fact that it is
already in place, and it's likely a good first step. It advances the
freedom of millions of Americans, puts more honest armed citizens out in
public, and we know this deters and prevents crime. It also softens the
antis arguments.
Despite the terrified but false screams from the
agitated and hoplophobic left, having permitted gun owners all over the
landscape does not lead to Dodge City and blood at stop lights. They cry
about that every time a permit law advances, but it is 100% false every
time -- another great example of false news -- with no corrections ever
issued.
Reciprocity
A far
less desirable choice, it requires states to agree to grant you privileges,
which can be removed, typically adds requirements, and involves bickering
between unelected bureaucrats on whether you and your state are qualified
to have rights in their states. Who do these people think they
are?
News is circulating about four bills already in Congress to
establish reciprocity, or something. They are: H.R. 923, H.R.
986, H.R. 402, and one Senate bill, S. 498. You can always look
up bills by entering their numbers in Thomas.gov: https://www.congress.gov// .
Four numbers, but only two basic sets of text. Both are
flawed.
HR923 "allows" people with permits to carry in other
states under their ever-changing permit conditions, which you would have to
know, somehow. There is no penalty if officials in the other states fail to
comply, which we see happen all the time. Almost everyone in America is
excluded -- 97% of us haven't signed up for "papers" even though more than
half of us bear arms.
HR986 explicitly prohibits arresting a
person who is carrying under conditions similar to HR923, an improvement,
but the same problems exist. It also creates official make-believe gun-free
zones by federal law, a very bad precedent. In an effort to provide
recourse, a person has an affirmative defense, so after they arrest you
anyway, you can provide proof you're legal, and then even sue.
Thanks.
There is still no real penalty for their criminal denial
of your rights. It is time for a law-and-order change to that whole
upside-down system. The other two bills are similar to these.
I'll
be watching these. Tell your friends to sign up here for news. https://www.gunlaws.com (scroll to the

And support this effort by doing some of your Christmas

elsewhere.
You can carry a gun pretty much like you can carry a book. It's
called rights.
And everyone knows books are
dangerous. Just look at deaths caused by the Quoran, or the Commie
Manifesto.
Constitutional Carry works just fine -- People don't shoot each other just because
they're armed.
That's paranoid fear perpetually projected by unstable
left-wing reporters and
citizens.
Anti-rights wackos scream about Freedom to Carry of
course -- exactly as they do about permit laws -- and they're the exact
same wrong. No one is harmed, there are no victims, crime drops, people
are safer.
Instructors and ranges make a lot more money too
-- because the market increases tremendously.
You go from a
measly few percent willing to sign up for a permit, to half the public that
owns guns. Get the government out of the way (permits, paperwork,
police, pay up, stand in line, register yourself)... and the freed-up
market explodes. (At first though, trainers fear losing their government
rice bowl.)
Constitutional Carry is the real deal, remove
restrictions, restore rights, advance freedom. Society always benefits
when liberty is restored. Establish a Culture of Marksmanship.
Representative Richard Hudson
(R-NC) reportedly is cooking up some good new bill, but it's not out
for review yet. We shall see. Will it include punishment for rogue
officials?
Lighten up with the hysterical book by former police

4- So, who did win? And who are the
real haters?
HINT:
Whatever the left says conservatives are -- is what the liberals
are. They call
conservatives racist, but the liberals are the racists. Who are the bean
counters, constantly obsessed with how many blacks, or whites, or
whatever group-of-the-day are included or excluded? It's the liberal race
baiters (think Sharpton, Schumer, Jackson, long list).
Who is
overwhelmed with feminist anti-men programs that are true misogyny? It's
the liberals of course -- the men of conservatism are real men, not girly
men. I could go on at length, but you understand. Liberals charge everyone
else with their own liberal foibles, the election brought this out,
especially the vitriol afterwards -- it is "psychological projection" --
they project their neuroses, fears and hatreds on the people around them
because they can't face it themselves -- it literally defines the liberal
mindset.
The defeat of Hillary has provided our
friends on the left an excuse to vent their pent up hatred, racism, sexism
and other isms -- including gunism, blind hatred of firearms
-- at the world and all available targets.
If it weren't for their
vicious anger and threatening hostility we'd be having parades and
celebrations in the streets for the election of a populist non-politician
for simply promising to make our great country great again... but we hold
back out of fear of firebombing, smashed glass, race rioting from racists
and other civil unrest from phony peaceniks.
Their main targets
are the winner of the election and the half the country they aren't in,
namely, the "red" blooded American half, the ones who hold religion in high
regard, and cling to their guns, morality, rule of law, free markets,
capitalism, entrepreneurship, individual responsibility, limited
government, low taxation and limited delegated authority. We, the people
who reject the takings coalitions, radical feminism, collectivism,
socialism, cultural marxism sometimes called political correctness, and all
the values that seek to undermine what has made America the most
productive, affluent, opulent, safe, charitable magnet for the poor and
downtrodden the planet has ever seen.
Cultural
Bankruptcy
I've just returned from a three-day
leadership conference in San Francisco, literally the belly of the beast,
and was impressed by the degree to which even art has been compromised by a
Cold War communist principle designed to undermine American values:
"promote ugliness as art, meaningless forms of expression with no redeeming
social value."
SAN FRANCISCO CITY STREET ART "...promote
ugliness as art..." (Cold War communist goal). Is this what we're
seeing?
Blobs of nothing anyone could make, and
revel in them as if they are worthy of praise. A few lines on canvass with
some yellow, an oddly chipped chunk of rock called "woman," driftwood
dubbed a horse, and a rounded black mass two stories high deemed sculpture
-- with everyone seemingly oblivious to the nonsense of it
all.
The simmering hostility the left has held for the right has
come to a head with the election of a person who claims American values
without excuse, even if he has a checkered past, and his future is unknown
-- which is true of every person ever elected.
At a virtually
paranoid screech, presstitutes in the left-facing media,
institutions and the public are ranting about perceived future activity. No
one knows where he will head, but they are projecting, in classic textbook
psychological style, every fear they hold. Anticipating wild-eyed racist
gulags, population purges and thought camps, the left is expressing fears
with no basis in reality. Maybe they're right. But there is no factual
basis for their expressed fears. Fear is good, when there is something to
fear. Paranoia is unreasonable fear, which we are witnessing today at every
turn. The "news" media is fanning the flames as fast as they can. Just more
projection, from the same crowd. They don't know it.
The ACLU,
quoting the mutlicutltural-inspired diversity-obssessed controversial
Southern Poverty Law Center, is complaining about an increase in "acts of
hate" around the country, attributing this to the election of Donald John
Trump. It belongs to the radical alt-Left. The ACLU and their cohorts have
failed, along with entire lamestream media, to recognize the overwhelming
outpouring of hatred and vitriol from the left at every level -- aimed at
the president-elect, his cabinet choices (only partially made), voters who
voted for the winner, and even friends and relatives who do not agree with
them in lockstep.
The
biggest deception
Saying Hillary won a majority
is false. Neither did Trump. No one did.
With a bit more
than 60 million votes each (Hillary had slightly more, the final tallies
are still not done weeks later) they each got around 20% of the U.S.
population of 320 million. That's a plurality.
By
any stretch, even if it is our wonderful system, it remains eminently
unfair for 20% of the country to enforce its will on 80% of the country.
Consent of the governed is a slippery concept, as I've opined in the
past. Our Founders understood this, even if pundits today aren't informed
well enough to understand.
The
popular vote was a small plurality. But there was a true
majority.
It was a majority of the
states.
Trump 30 (60%) Clinton 20
(40%)
The states are represented by
the Electoral College. The same Electoral College the left is spewing
hatred and vitriol at -- while accusing the winners of being hateful. That
outpouring of poison has remained unnoticed by the ACLU, the SPLC, the DNC,
the media and all other detractors of the election. But it does remain the
only majority in the election -- and it is a true and real majority. More
states went for the president elect, a solid majority. The way the nation's
Founders planned our wonderful system. Where is the "news" media when you
really need them.

5- Fake
News
How You
Can Tell
If you watch ABC or NBC you C...
BS (They don't know it)
The left and the
right are both outraged over what they're calling fake news. They
don't agree on what this is and they're searching for a definition -- so
they know what to censor. We are on real dangerous ground here
folks.
Since the left controls most of the corporate
standardized lamestream media, censoring what little is left is a bad idea.
On CNN and MSNBC, you can tell the news is false with a simple test -- if
their lips are moving it's largely false. If it's about guns it is
typically 100% untrue. I've written about this extensively: https://www.gunlaws.com/PageNineIndex.htm.
Just errors of omission cast doubt on their reports -- tons of gun-related
crime, virtually zero on all the good that guns do, or economics, science,
balance of trade, tax base, jobs, and even sports (it's the #2 participant
sport, ahead of golf).
When reporters are interviewing each
other, which happens virtually non-stop (reporters are supposed to
interview news makers, the people involved in what's actually
happening in the world), you can use a simple test. Ask yourself, "Can they
actually know what they're saying?" and if you can reply, "You don't
know that!" you know it's fake news. Entire CNN broadcasts are filled with
you-don't-know-that.
Reasonable concerns have arisen that fake
news may have influenced the
presidential election, with stories such as, "Pope endorses Trump!"
That appeared on social media, and was simply false, but it circulated
widely, and some people, delighted by the report, may have decided it
was time to hold their nose and vote Trump. Other reports, like "Space
aliens land in Manhattan!" are fake news. But reports like "Trump will
never get to 270 electoral votes!" and "Trump will never break the blue
wall!" and "People trust Hillary," are as distorted as space alien stories,
but presented as real, and the media still doesn't realize those were
fake.
I could write a book on this, and have already opened the
file. Fake News Is
Real.
Help keep your loved ones
safe this year NOT DEFENSE, PRE-FENSE
PreFense The 90% Advantage By Steve Tarani, 288 p. #PF $24.95
The best gunfight is the one you avoid. With a
stellar resume in defense, law enforcement and covert intelligence work,
speaker and educator Tarani opens your thinking about awareness and the
kind of prep that keeps you safe and miles away from needing to draw
your gun. See incidents coming like the pros do and avoid them entirely
instead of reacting—which is halfway to defeat.
Winning a gunfight is heroic, totally macho, creates
stories to tell for a lifetime, and can basically ruin the wonderful life
you are living now. You'll almost certainly face years of courts,
astronomical expense, wary looks from your neighbors, it will affect your
career, relatives, friends, there is no way to express how much better you
will be if you can follow the
golden rule: It's always better to avoid a gunfight than to win
one. That's what this book is all about. Be fully not partially
prepared.
Among the most moving patriotic speakers
you’ll
ever hear—Hall rekindles your awareness of how America began,
reminding
you of your sovereign duty as a citizen, where real solutions to our
problems reside. Energized by the Founders’ brilliant plans, which
have
been all but lost in the schools, media and culture, this wealth of
history and forgotten values is a rebirth.
