Someone needs to tell our attorney general that one hundred million (100,000,000) Americans is bigger than "thousands," but since the AP is asleep at the wheel, and the rest of her work is on par with her boss, Barack Hussein Obama, whose middle name is typically not used for obvious reasons, no one seriously expects anything better.

Since the security of computer data at massive banks, the federal government, the U.S. military, major department stores, internet giants and everyone else is constantly the subject of stories like this, you should consider computer data an open book literally lacking any meaningful controls, despite any rumors to the contrary.

The man in White House has once again acted illegally, another court has confirmed today. The nation's "news" media covered up the scandal by portraying the violation as a "setback" and a "blow" in Mr. Obama's "quest."

According to the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, the executive branch completely lacks any legitimate authority to rewrite immigration law, a legislative function reserved to Congress by the U.S. Constitution, a fact which everyone with an education knows. Obama has been repeatedly trying to act where he has no authority to do so, an impeachable offense, if Congress were to decide to do something about it. Thus far, Congress has shown no spine in the matter.

By calling the decision a "devastating ruling," USA Today demonstrates total disdain for the rule of law, since the accused perpetrators broke into the nation unlawfully, an act that would have them imprisoned or expelled in almost any other nation on Earth.

According to the story, there are still "a few opportunities for Obama to cement his legacy." If that legacy includes gross violations of the Constitution, it will be like a pair of cement shoes.

The gloves are off. We all knew this was the ultimate goal of democrats, but now there is no hiding it. The democrat audience cheered wildly when all five candidates came out in favor of this approach.

Democrats are still pushing for phony background checks that are part of a gun-registration scheme, which has nothing to do with crime control.

Lamestream pundits are quick to point out that so-called "net immigration" is neutral because so many immigrants are leaving the country. This seems to make them feel good somehow. (NOTE: We would have to be "losing" tremendous numbers of illegal and legal immigrants for this to be true; no supporting evidence seems available for this liberal claim, they just state it, a not uncommon tactic, e.g., "92% of the public" supports their gun-confiscation plan. Right.)

That truthy factoid doesn't matter, since we're guaranteed by the White House and security agencies that certain immigrants (Syrians) are completely vetted to eliminate any contagious, criminal, disturbed ones or jihadis. Apparently that guarantee doesn't include these 400,000 border crossers per year. In the height of the illegal immigration waves, when there still were many people south of our border, the Border Patrol admitted that for every illegal immigrant they caught, one got through. Observers on the border, put the figure higher than two for one or as many as four for one is spurts. Net immigration then exceeded two million per year.

So the real news is that on average more than 400,000 people each year are now flooding into America completely unattended, with no background checks or controls of any kind, and possibly as many as 800,000 or more. According to leading experts, 400,000 people is a lot, even if they were only in prison needing to be fed three times per day (1,200,000 meals daily). The number leaving us doesn't matter from a potential threat standpoint.
